We are looking for experienced dispense Bartenders to join our team

Must have cocktail dispense bar experience.

Clam Bar is a busy 2-hatted New York style seafood grill and steakhouse located on Bridge Street in the heart of the Sydney CBD (close to both Circular Quay and Martin Place Stations). We are open for lunch and dinner Monday-Saturday (Sundays off) and are offering a flexible schedule spread over a 4 day working week, great tips, delicious staff meals each shift and a generous staff discount across our group including Bistrot 916, Pellegrino 2000 and soon to be Neptune’s Grotto.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar fine dining role.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
