**Your Role**:
Plan and implement engaging activities based on children’s interests
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-quality environment
Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
Follow SCECS policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:
A valid NSW Working with Children Check
At least one year of experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care are highly regarded
