Bakery Lievito is an Artisan Bakery located in Carrum Downs, Victoria looking for a passionate qualified Baker and or Pastry Chef with at least three year’s experience to join its team. The position is full time and the salary range from $65000 to $80000 p.a. You will get long term career opportunities and work in a high paced supportive environment. Experience in areas of Mixing, Hand Moulding, Proofing and be able to operate Deck and Rack ovens is required. Knowledge making Sourdough, Puff Pastry, Turkish and Ciabatta bread will be an advantage.

You must be able to take instructions, learn quickly, work well in a team or independently and help maintain cleanliness and workplace safety. You will also need be able to work at least one day on the weekend and some Public Holidays.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
