To be successful for this role you need to have excellent communication & organisation skills, experience as a site supervisor/Service Technician, enthusiastic, energetic, highly motivated, able to work under pressure of construction deadlines & are able to mentor apprentices.

**The Role**:
This role is based mostly in Sydney CBD and North Sydney and will require you to complete all aspects of commercial and retail fit-outs including power, lighting and communications. You will also be working with lighting control systems, emergency lighting as well as switchboard upgrades.

You should be able to work in situations with limited supervision, work well within our team, lead others by example, complete tasks in a timely and efficiently manner, and work in accordance with our project deadlines. Applicants should possess excellent customer service and communication skills as at Robsin we provide a high level workmanship and standards to builders and clients.

**About the role**
- Responsible for day to day tasks
- Service planning & procurement of materials
- Communicating with project managers and clients
- Mentoring apprentices
- Receiving and scheduling work orders.

What You Need:
To be considered for the position you must possess the following:

- Passion for the industry and looking to advance your career
- Current NSW Qualified Supervisors or Contractors License.
- OHS White Card
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to read and interpret complex plans
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Have an organised and efficient approach to work
- Some work out of hours and willingness to work overtime.
- Must present themselves well on a daily basis
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to train and instruct apprentices
