Building Supervisor role - Project builds and NDIS jobs

**Your new company**

Our client is a rapidly growing company within the Melbourne residential market who have applied a practised business model they have developed over the years, and has successfully built up their client base giving them a large construction boom in the West & Norther suburbs of Melbourne. With projections of 300+ builds in the next 12 months, they work predominantly in the investor build space, going further than much of their competition to produce superior homes at competitive pricing for their clients.

An opportunity has opened up for an experienced Supervisor to take over a newly created portfolio of work that will cover outer Western Melbourne and Ballarat remits, working on NDIS / Social Housing projects.

**Your new role**
- Join professional team of builders to develop quality homes
- Report to management and stakeholders on progress and milestones
- Lead a team of trade professionals across 6-8 sites
- Manage high-volume builds - both single and double level

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Several years experience as Building Supervisor or similar position in major builder environment preferable
- High team focus and communication skills
- Trade networks in Ballarat or Western suburbs an advantage
- Current Driving Licence as travel between sites will be required
- Autonomous and able to work independently
