Shop opening/closing procedures - this involves regularly setting and adjusting Espresso Machine & Grinder, shop set up/packdown, lifting cafe furniture.
- Specialty Coffee & cold beverage menu production for dine in and takeaway, food handling
- All customer service duties: taking orders, handling customer requests/queries, processing payments, delivering food and beverages promptly
- Working solo in FOH, with other Team members during busy periods - Multitasking between sections including running, clearing tables and dishwashing duties, general daily cleaning
- Proven experience in previous similar fast paced environment
- Background knowledge of commercial espresso machine i.e. operating, dialing in/adjusting grinder, cleaning/maintenance
- Early start availability (0530 start time)
- Full weekend availability
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing

Rostered shifts 5 days each week (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun). Immediate start.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
