**The role**

Mixers personify the FISHBOWL ethos - passionate, fun people that go out of their way to delight customers. As a mixer, you’re responsible for delivering incredible customer experiences and making delicious salad bowls. We’ll provide you with great training and set a clear career path for you to grow with us in a high performing culture.

**Skills and experience**
- Have a background working in food, restaurants, and/or customer experience (desirable, not but essential)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be team player mindset and a positive can-do attitude
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be a quick and adaptable learner
- Be accountable in upholding high standards.

**Your tasks**
- Make wholesome salads from scratch
- Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
- Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
- Make wholesome salads from scratch
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu
- Maintain critical standards of food quality, daily food safety and sanitation
- Live out FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards by contributing to an excellent work culture.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
