**The Role**

IDS Support Workers are responsible for supporting clients in their own homes with their day to day living to ensure that they have every opportunity to live a meaningful & fulfilling life, with choice & control. Our Support Workers are:

- Resourceful - Having the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.

The role will provide IDS's Clients with opportunities for choice, self-advocacy and participation in matters relating to the home as well as facilitating access to community services and facilities.

**Our Client**

Our client is a Female at an age of 30s. _**The Client requires 2:1 support due to requiring constant interactions when been transported in a car. Client requires an engaging support worker who is able to give undivided attention for 6-8 hours shifts, **_**WEEKENDS AS WELL.**

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you must have a client and outcomes focused approach and the passion to make each client experience outstanding.

We are searching for excellent Support Workers _**who can speak clear English with an extroverted personality**_
- Experience with Autism (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- Two relevant and professional reference checks (required)
- First Aid and CPR certificate (required)
- NDIS Orientation module (required)
- Drivers License, your own vehicle and full Comprehensive Insurance
- Cert III Individual Support (Desired)
- Cert III Disability (Desired)
- Cert III Aged Care (Desired)
