**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced **Disability Support Worker** for a **high-intensity care role** supporting a young female participant with complex health needs in **Harrington Park**.

**Participant Overview**:

- Diagnosis: Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis Type 2 (CLN2)
- ** Seizure management** (including silent seizures requiring monitoring)
- ** PEG feeding** (gastrostomy management)
- ** Oral suctioning**:

- ** Hoist transfers**:

- ** Shower trolley** and **hospital bed** use
- ** Full assistance** with personal and continence care Mother will be present to co-support 24/7

You will play a vital role in supporting her with all daily living activities while ensuring a safe, calm, and respectful care environment.

**About You**:
You are compassionate, patient, observant, and reliable with the following:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in complex care, including PEG feeding and hoist transfers.
- Current **First Aid and CPR certification.**:

- Current **National Police Check.**:

- NDIS **Worker Orientation Module** completed.
- Valid **ABN** or willingness to obtain one.
- Proof of Australian Working Rights.
- Must be confident working with hospital-style equipment and seizure care. Desirable: Experience in supporting young females with neurodegenerative conditions.
