**Position Overview**:
We are seeking passionate, reliable, and qualified tutors to join our team on a casual basis. As a tutor with Brisbane Private Tutoring, you will work one-on-one with students across various year levels, providing personalized support in your areas of expertise. We offer both in person and online tutoring, however we largely do in person tutoring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging, high-quality tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide mentorship and motivation to help students build confidence and a love for learning.
- Track and communicate student progress with parents or guardians as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong academic background.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Queensland education system (QCE/ATAR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed.
- Ability to travel to students’ homes or work online as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must have proof of strong academic results in grade 12 or university.
- Must hold a valid Blue Card (or be willing to obtain one).
- Must Have completed year 12.
- Reliable transport for in-person tutoring sessions.
