Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are currently recruiting staff for **St. George (Southern Sydney)** -Beverly Hills, Bexley, Hurstville, Kingsgrove, Allawah, Blakehurst, Connells Point, Mortdale, Arncliffe, Banksia, Bardwell Park, Bardwell Valley, Brighton-Le-Sands, Rockdale, Beverly Park, Carlton, Carss Park, Kogarah, Monterey, Ramsgate, Sandringham, Sans Souci, Bundeena, Cronulla, Caringbah, Port Hacking, Woronora, Sylvania, Kurnell, Jannali, Marinda, Taren Point, Kareela, Bangor, Lucas heights, Engadine and surrounding areas

**What’s On Offer**
- **Permanent Part-time** contracts are available depending on your location and availability to work
- Earn from **$29.06 to $32.56 per hour **based on your experience plus **11.5% super**:

- **Travel Allowance **of $0.92 per KM PLUS **paid travel time**:

**Your New Role**
- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
- **Transportation and Personal Care**:Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
- **Client Awareness**: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- **Safety Practices**: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

**Key Requirements**
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
- **Willing to travel to all suburbs between St. George and the Sutherland Shire**:

- All Australian Unity Employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 with a minimum of 2 doses
- Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory

- Bachelor of Social Work/ Nursing

**You could be an experienced Support Worker or even new to the industry coming from experience in customer service, administration, retail, or hospitality.
