**About the role**

Carer’s Network are in search for an experienced PCA that is compassionate, reliable and has experience in working with **clients that require complex and high intensity care**. Every day will be different as you will be travelling to clients’ homes to assist with all aspects of care, to ensure their daily lifestyle needs are met.

Experience in the following is essential:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years in Age Care, Disability or Home and Community Care.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in working with challenging behaviors and have a strong willed and positive approach when faced with these challenges.
- Deliver high-quality person-centered care to our clients and make sure that their individual needs are met.
- Highly motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving and great communication skills.
