**Expression of Interest: Leadership & Management Consultants - South Australia**
- We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced leadership and management consultants to support the delivery of a high-impact leadership development program for public sector professionals in South Australia.
- We are building a pool of qualified, values-aligned consultants who can deliver engaging, practical learning experiences to emerging and current leaders across government.

**We are particularly interested in consultants who: Hold a formal qualification in leadership and/or management.**
- Hold a recognised coaching qualification and have experience providing one-to-one leadership coaching.
- Are accredited to administer and debrief the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Quotient Inventory.
- Have a proven track record of delivering leadership and capability development programs, ideally in or with the public sector.
- Can confidently facilitate both face-to-face and virtual workshops, coaching, and EQ debriefs.
- Align with inclusive, culturally respectful, and strength-based delivery practices. Opportunities may include: Designing and delivering short-format leadership workshops.
- Facilitating group-based learning, one-to-one coaching, and embedded leadership development activities. Conducting EQ assessments and debriefs. Contributing to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Location: Consultants must be based in South Australia and/or be available for Face to Face delivery in Adelaide and/or regional locations as required.
