Food & Beverage Lounge Attendant, Perth Airport

**The opportunity**:
Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the award-winning Alliance Lounge at Perth Airport.
In this role you’ll play a key role in preparing and presenting a variety of fresh sandwiches with consistency and care. You’ll also deliver outstanding service to our guests and assist with the opening and closing of the venue.
**Availability to work early morning shifts from 3am, Monday to Friday required.**

**What will you do?**:
- Welcome and assist travellers, ensuring a seamless and memorable lounge experience
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Assemble and serve sandwiches with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist in the set up and maintenance of our dining and service areas
- Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
**More about you**:
- Previous experience in food & beverage service within a fast-paced environment
- Food preparation and presentation skills, preferably experienced in sandwich making
- Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
- Availabilty to work the early morning shifts from 3am, Monday to Friday
