**Are you a passionate, positive and proactive teacher looking for an exciting learning specialist level position in STEM? Then we have the position for you **This position will join and lead a team of passionate and positive STEM specialist staff working across two STEM specific labs and other learning spaces designed to spark curiosity and engagement.**
These specialist positions are all about engaging students in your area of passion and growing students passion and knowledge in that area.
Located on beautiful Wurundjeri Country, Strathtulloh Primary School has been educating with HEART since 2022. We are a brand-new state of the art school, located in the suburb of Strathtulloh. We opened in January 2022 with 710 students already growing to over 1400 students and employing over 160 staff in 2025.
Our students are phenomenal and eager learners who are beautifully behaved and respectful. We are supported by families and a community which really values and supports education and our school.

**Selection Criteria**:
**SC1** Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant **curriculum areas of STEM**. Demonstrated ability to model **exemplary teaching practice**, including the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum, and implement school priorities.
**SC2** Demonstrated expertise in the implementation and modelling of **high impact teaching and wellbeing strategies** that respond to student learning needs. Demonstrated ability to support teachers to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth
**SC3** Demonstrated exemplary ability to model the **monitoring and assessment of student learning**. Demonstrated ability to support others in **using data** to inform teaching practice and to provide **feedback on student learning** growth and achievement to students and parents.
**SC4** Demonstrated exemplary interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to engage in **positive and proactive collaborative relationships **with students, colleagues, parents and the broader school community to support student learning, agency, wellbeing and engagement.
**SC5** Demonstrated ability to model behaviours and attitudes consistent with Department values. Demonstrated ability to **support others to reflect** **on and improve **their practice and facilitate school-based professional learning.
