Dance Studio Concierge

**Studio Concierge (Casual, 10+ Hours/Week) - Ferocity Dance Centre**

Are you passionate about people, dance, and creating uplifting community experiences? Ferocity Dance Centre is seeking a vibrant, organised, and customer-focused Studio Concierge to be the welcoming face and voice of our studio.

Location: Brookvale & Pymble (with some flexibility)

Hours: 10 hours per week (with strong growth potential as we expand)

Reports to: Studio Director

**About the Role**

As Studio Concierge, you’ll play a key role in shaping the first impression for every student and family who walks through our doors. You’ll create a warm, inclusive, and professional environment, guiding new families from their very first enquiry to becoming valued members of our dance community. You’ll be the linchpin for customer service, lead conversion, and day-to-day studio operations at the front desk.

**Key Responsibilities**

Customer Experience & Front Desk
- Greet students, parents, and visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Manage class check-ins, notify teachers of absences/late arrivals, and ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and waiting area.
- Respond to all enquiries within 24 business hours using studio software.

Lead Conversion & Customer Acquisition
- Guide families from first enquiry to trial booking and enrolment.
- Schedule and confirm trial bookings, follow up after trials, and encourage enrolments.
- Upsell programs, classes, uniforms, and merchandise.
- Use scripts and templates for consistent, high-quality communication.

Uniform Sales & Inventory (Customer-Facing)
- Assist families with purchasing uniforms (sizing, availability, payments).
- Liaise with the Studio Administrator for stock management.

Customer Journey & Retention
- Ensure all onboarding steps are completed for new families.
- Check in with new students/families after one month.
- Maintain up-to-date records in our studio CRM.
- Collaborate on customer re-engagement campaigns.

Community Engagement & Events
- Assist with the set-up and hosting of events, performances, and parties.
- Promote upcoming programs, events, and performances.
- Support teachers with class readiness and resources.

Student Support
- Help students prepare for class, provide encouragement/support, and introduce them to teachers.
- Be a calm, positive presence during busy periods.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service / Sales: 2 years (required)
- Dance : 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
