**What you’ll do**:
We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Food & Beverage Attendant with **strong bartending expertise** to join our team at **Hamer’s Bar & Bistro**, with the flexibility to work across a variety of our outlets. You’ll be the face behind the bar, delivering exceptional service with a warm welcome while showcasing your skills in cocktail preparation, mixology, and bar operations.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of beverage products and demonstrate the **confidence to enforce the Responsible Service of Alcohol**, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. With a resilient and can-do attitude, you’ll tailor each interaction to the individual, creating memorable experiences through great drinks and genuine hospitality. On a daily basis you'll:

- Perform general bar, waiting, and food & beverage service duties.
- Accurately process orders and handle cashiering tasks.
- Opening and closing the venue, including end-of-day procedures.
- Confidently uphold and enforce the Responsible Service of Alcohol standards.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce
- Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience
- Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window)
- A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine.
- A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion
- Australian driver’s license
- Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
