**About the role**:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of homes and buildings.
- Supervising the overall quality of the claims process.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Detecting and mitigating instances of fraud.
- Attaining rapid resolution times and managing costs efficiently.

**About You**
- Experience in the construction industry preferably with a building or trade qualification e.g. carpentry, plumbing
- Ability to compile scope of works and project manage builds
- Familiarity with the terminology and procedures associated with claims and building
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- A dedicated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with an ability to show empathy and care
- Competent computer literacy
- Experience in Home Claims Management or Home Assessing will be a bonus
