**About the Brand**

El Camino, a die-hard Tex-Mex dining experience that features a value-packed, flavourful menu, sombrero-filled party vibes, and our legendary margaritas that deserve their nation-wide cult following

The menu screams Tex-Mex classics, such as tacos, burritos, fajitas, buffalo wings and nachos, supported by an all-star, multi-coloured line-up of margaritas, served frozen and on the rocks.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in a senior management role within a casual dining environment/or retail space
- Strong communication skills, creating a culture of honesty and transparency
- Ability to manage a large team in high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain and build rapport with regular customers
- Is aware of industry trends and endeavours to make business improvements
- Engages in the recruitment process and actively seeks to fill vacancies with a sense of urgency
- Ensures and maintains high workplace health & safety standards in venue
