With a variety of teams including Onboarding & Commencement, Support Worker Mentoring, Care Coordination, Learning/Development and Safety/Wellbeing, you will be immersed within a supportive team to ensure optimal satisfaction in your role.

**We are looking for 2 experienced Support Workers in or around the Blackburn area with skills in delivering complex, high-needs care. **We value your **commitment** and **genuine desire **to help people, and we'll work with you to create a flexible roster, where you can work from as little as 10-36 hours each week.

**What You'll be Doing**
- Personal Care (including hoisting, toileting, catheter and stoma care, and showering)
- Shopping
- Attending appointments
- Respite Care
- Meal Preparation
- House Cleaning
- Reporting client health and wellbeing feedback

**What You'll Need**
- **Minimum** of a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Bachelor of Nursing, with accompanying academic transcript;
- Experience with hoisting, slide sheets, catheter and stoma care;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Customer service experience preferred, but not essential;
- Current Victorian Driver’s License & own reliable car registered in Victoria;
- A genuine commitment and passion for client wellbeing and health outcomes;
- **Minimum availability of 3 days Mon-Fri**. Additional days and times are welcome.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $37.64 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 36 per week
