**Our Opportunity**

NEPEAN Engineering (a division of NEPEAN) provides technical excellence and innovation, offering a full engineering service to the mining, minerals processing, bulk materials handling, manufacturing, infrastructure, and defence sectors.

We are seeking a WHSEQ Manager to lead the development of our WHSEQ Management systems and foster a culture of safety and compliance. If you’re passionate about driving innovation and building strong stakeholder relationships, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- ** Strategy**: Contribute to the ongoing development of new ideas and ensure compliance across our operations.
- ** Execution**: Develop and implement WHSEQ Management systems to enhance safety and quality practices.
- ** Culture**: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote a proactive safety, quality, and compliance-based culture.
- ** Structure**: Establish and maintain effective safety and quality measures within the organization.
- ** Innovation**: Drive process improvements and identify new initiatives to promote best practices.
- ** Staying Ahead**: Ensure maintenance of all necessary accreditations and compliance standards.

About You:

- ** Skilled Professional**: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S/WH&S), Return to Work (RTW), and Risk Assessment. Specific Quality exposure and experience will be highly regarded.
- **Subject Matter Expert**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within project-based manufacturing.
- ** System Guru**: Proficient in ToolBox, Mypass, and/or Caltracker as well as high level MS Office skills.
- ** Methodical and Analytical**: Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to various safety standards.
- ** Strong Communicator**: Excellent interpersonal skills with an energetic persona and ability to influence.
