Provide leadership and management of projects and team resources that deliver disability reforms. - Develop and implement project management, governance and business processes to enable compliance with legislation and completion of key tasks to ensure operational areas are prepared for and implement reform. Liaise and work with ICT professionals to document ICT solutions and delivery plans as required. Successfully oversee project deliverables including communication strategies, testing strategies, training plans and enhancements processes. Develop and maintain effective partnerships across the department, whole of government and other stakeholders to ensure identified needs and issues are appropriately reflected in the department's actions. - Contribute as a leader to meet all elements of the work program on time and within budget while building the capacity of team members. Contribute to the building and maintenance of the culture of the work area to support the vision and values of the department and to achieve agency objectives. Plan, organise and manage the unit's responsibilities, including fostering a professional environment to encourage commitment, ethical behaviour, staff wellbeing, skills development, professional growth and continuous improvement.
