Corporate Receptionist

**Are you looking for an exciting front of house role? This is a part-time, Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 3:00PM permanent opportunity**

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Colac office This is an onsite, permanent opportunity working with a team of about 60 in the Head Office

As part of our operations team, you will work on a variety of tasks to ensure that business objectives are being met. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your administration skills and work with a close-knit team who share the common goal of thriving

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Perform front of house duties such as providing efficient customer services to staff and clients, answering phone calls, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms.
- Support office operations including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers / service providers.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and act as a point of contact for office activities.Support the team with system administration, document preparation, and data entry.

- Experience in a frontline or customer service role.
- Intermediate computer literacy - MS Office experience.
