IMMEDIATE START

**About the Job**:
The role primarly focuses on processing and filleting of fish/seafood production.

**We are on the lookout for the following**:
Casual Day shift (4am-8am start)
- Starting at $35 per hour
Need to be physically fit & able to lift 20kgs+
Assist the production and processing of fish and seafood
Precise filleting of fish to be prepared for bulk orders
Other labour duties as required
Work in a team environment
Opportunity to go full-time after probation

**What we are looking for**:
Reliable, Punctual
Physically Fit
Fish filleting knife skills
Able to fillet in sashimi cut
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a timely manner
ONE contactable work related references (last 5 years)

**Must have**:
1 year + Fish filleting experience
Drivers license & OWN CAR
Documented Proof to work in Australia e.g Passport, Birth certificate or immicard
Able to work 38hrs+ Overtime on the weekly roster
