**About the role**

Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams. In addition to this you will be:

- Dedicated to building a “customer centric” culture to deliver the ultimate customer service experience every time
- Sharing your product knowledge and experience
- Leading, developing and motivating a team to meet their full potential
- Able to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment

**Who we're looking for**

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, approachable, retail professional to join our team. Macpac team members are:

- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting will be called upon regularly.
- Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
- Adventure lovers, who are happiest when embracing the great outdoors.
- Eco-warriors, who walk the talk when it comes to sustainability.
- Experts, who love sharing their knowledge not only of product, but of how to get the most out of the outdoors.
- Team players, who understand that a good team is greater than the sum of its parts.
