**Your new company**

Your new organisation plays a pivotal role in connecting people with electricity. Operating in the south-west region of WA, including the bustling Perth metropolitan area, this business prides itself on powering the homes, businesses, and various industries across WA.

**Your new role**
- ** Requirements Gathering and Analysis**: You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to collect and analyse business requirements. You will be tasked with understanding the organisation’s processes and translating them into technical specifications.
- ** Solution Design and Customisation**: You will design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions by customising the system, creating workflows, and developing plugins or custom code to meet specific business needs.
- ** Integration and Data Migration**: You will handle integrations** **between Dynamics 365 and other systems, as well as, managing data migration** **to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems.
- ** System Configuration and Security**: You will set up and configure Dynamics 365, including user roles, security permissions, and access controls. Ensuring data privacy and compliance is a critical aspect of this role.
- ** User Training and Support**: You will educate end-users on how to use Dynamics 365 effectively. Training sessions, documentation, and ongoing support will be part of your responsibilities.
- ** Scalability and Performance Optimisation**: You will ensure that the solution can handle growing business needs and optimise performance and scalability as the system evolves.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: You will collaborate with project teams, business analysts, and developers to ensure everyone aligns with the business goals.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Able to design and provide solutions for new requirements.
- Knowledge of USD
- Knowledge of Power portal
- Management of customer communication.
- Manage communication between offshore and on-site teams, to ensure collaboration.
- Work with the customer to understand various issues and develop solutions and enhancements.
- D365 CRM Deployments
- SLA reporting.
