We are currently searching for a Kitchen Hand to join the team at Bookplate cafe located in the National Library of Australia.

Qualifications & experience
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a Sandwich Hand
- Have Australian working rights

Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepping simple sandwich and toastie ingredients
- Assembling gourmet toasted sandwiches and regular sandwiches
- Stocktaking ingredients
- Managing food prep and food storage
- Maintaining a clean workspace
