**Position Overview**: As a Tarp Maker, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your skills and dedication will contribute directly to the success of our business, producing top-notch tarps that meet our high standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cutting, sewing, and assembling tarps according to specific designs and measurements
- Operating industrial sewing machines and other equipment with precision and care
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborating with team members to maintain an efficient production flow
- Contributing ideas for process improvement and innovation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tarp Maker or similar role
- Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines and related equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- High work ethic and dedication to excellence

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Welding: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
