Reservation Officer

Integrity Coach Lines are looking for a part-time reservation officer to join our team. The person is on a fortnightly roster. Roster is for 25.5 hours per fortnight and includes Thursday and Friday 9am to 1.30pm weekly, Saturday 4.45pm to 8pm fortnightly and Sunday 4pm to 8pm forngihtly. (Saturday & Sunday are paid at overtime rates, you work both days one weekend and have following weekend off). Holiday relief also available.

Duties include taking reservations and all other duties associated with travel bookings, taking & making phone calls to answer enquiries relating to our services, timetables and destinations. Send manifests as required, communicate with drivers during services, editing the monthly newsletter and some other customer service and adhoc office related duties as required.

Require - excellent phone manner, ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing, good computer skills and ability to learn new software. Need to have own computer, internet connection and a quiet location to work from at your home. Be able to work independently but also work as part of a friendly and supportive team. Up to date covid vax essential (company policy).

Knowledge of where the towns are in the north west and the things you can see and do in those towns is an advantage but not essential.

Training will be in our Midvale office.
