Our client is a large insurance organisation experiencing continued expansion within its commercial motor claims department, renowned for its customer-first approach to both clients and staff.

**The Role**
As Commercial Motor Claims Consultant your duties will include, but are not be limited to:

- Skillfully handle commercial motor insurance claims, explaining the claims process, documentation requirements, and lodging the claims
- Build lasting connections with clients and brokers, championing products and values they can trust.
- Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable.
- Actioning claims quickly and effectively complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
- Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies
- ** Location**: Adelaide CBD, 3 days a week in office, 2 from home
- **Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- **Salary**:$70,000 - $80,000 Plus Super
- **Contract**: Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)

- Previous motor claims experience - 1 year minimum
