**ABOUT AUSTRALIAN RACING TOURS**:
Founded in 2012, Australian Racing Tours provides Racing enthusiasts access to world-class thoroughbred racing at leading venues across Australia and Internationally. Our tour packages include quality centrally located accommodation, welcome functions and events, premium race day hospitality, VIP access to stables & trainers, transfers throughout plus the services of experienced hosts.

Due to substantial growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales, Marketing & Operations Administration Assistant on a part-time basis 10-20 hours per week with potential for growth. This is a unique opportunity working remotely where the successful applicant can base themselves from anywhere with very flexible working hours.

The role will ideally suit someone who has experience in sales, marketing and administration with an interest in horse racing and travel.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with day to day operations of the business
- Assist the sales & marketing manager and operations manager while they are on tour
- Manage our client databases and tour administration
- Follow up and respond to enquiries when the team are away hosting tours
- Assist with preparation of weekly EDM blasts to the database
- Prepare Ad creative, including copy, images, and short videos
- Help maintain the company Twitter, Instagram and Facebook channels and Manage consumer interaction across social media channels where required
- Any other ad-hoc marketing activities as required

**The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience**:

- Highly developed communication skills - both verbal and written - including the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders and clientele.
- Previous experience and/or a certificate/degree in Communications or similar - highly desirable
- Previous administration experience
- Previous experience using a CRM
- Have a sense of humor and genuine enjoyment for interacting with diverse clients
- Ability to work independently and take initiate while contributing to a small team environment
- An interest and general knowledge of thoroughbred horse racing - essential
- An interest and general knowledge of travel - highly desirable
