**Your duties will include**:

- Create processes and methods to gather Sales Data
- Cleanse, organise and analyse data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
- Maintain Demand Planning process and systems to improve forecasting accuracy
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, monthly reports to track and highlight Key Performance Indicators
- Address demand related issues such as out of stocks in a timely and effective manner
- Analyse stock on hand reporting and recommending efficient stock transfers
- Analyse Supply Performance across all Sales channels
- Monitor and report on key changes in sales forecasting, budgets, and business strategies
- Maintain the integrity of the inventory system ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Develop contingency plans to account for business disruptions
- Support for any new business development

**About You**:

- Must have worked in an environment where you have established change management
- Must take total ownership in getting tasks completed
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in data cleansing, analysis, dashboard creation
- Experience in FMCG is advantageous
- Direct involvement in implementing forecasting tools/systems is well regarded
- Advanced excel & BI skills with a proven ability to build and maintain complex spreadsheets
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Think outside the box and make a difference
- Ability to deal with high pressure scenarios in a calm and systematic manner
- A willingness to learn, be challenged and be part of a team of like-minded people
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DANDENONG SOUTH, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
