Want to join a diverse, welcoming bunch of likeminded people helping deliver for the local community? Join us as a **Seasonal Casual Parcel Sorter** and feel good knowing you’re providing a vital service for your community during our busiest time of the year.

**You’ll be**
- Sorting parcels and mail (manually or machine-assisted) with the use of scanners
- Manually loading and unloading mail from mail bags, trays, containers and metal cages (Unit Loading Devices)
- Working across sophisticated processing equipment and lines
- Operating and using load shifting equipment such as hand pallet devices and stackers whilst cooperating with operations staff to get the mail into the facility

**Shift Times**

Monday to Friday: 2:30pm - 10:21pm

**About you**
- You’re available to work from October, through our peak period
- You enjoy a physical role, can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly, have a great memory and attention to detail
- You’re safety-conscious and able to safely operate equipment such as conveyors, loading/lifting devices including pallet jacks to load and unload parcels from trucks and vans
- You enjoy a fast paced environment where you can complete compliance checks
- You’re comfortable handling parcels that may contain meat and/or alcohol products

- You'll be allocated a regular shift time, and work with a great bunch of people
- You'll benefit from a 12% superannuation rate
- We may have opportunities for ongoing work beyond the peak season
