**About the role**:
**This is a Permanent/Part
- time role.**

Reporting directly to the National Transport Operations Manager, the main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of our South Australian Greenlife Crossdock. operations.

This will involve auditing the quality and quantity of plants received from our suppliers and be the lead contact person for our stores on any Greenlife Crossdock Delivery queries that may arise.

**What’s involved**:

- Quality checks on stock received at Crossdock to ensure that they meet Bunnings's standards.
- Quantity checks on stock received from Growers against Purchase orders
- Validate Greenlife Crossdock provider is delivering on the day-to-day service to Bunnings's expectations
- Validate volumes being handled through Greenlife Crossdock to assist with invoice reconciliations
- Short Supply claims on behalf of stores
- Damages claims
- Contact person for stores on day-to-day Greenlife Crossdock delivery issues
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities
- General receiving dock admin duties

**You’ll need**:

- An interest in Horticulture/Horticultural qualification is highly regarded
- Experience working within Greenlife is also highly regarded
- Exceptional communication, time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel & Word
- Ability to be flexible and meet seasonable demands of the role
- Be customer service oriented
- Team orientated
