Window and Door Fabricator

Seeking dedicated and reliable fabricators to join our team. This is an ongoing role for reliable and skilled fabricators who will assist with the manufacturing and fabrication of our aluminium windows and doors in both residential and commercial products. Looking for an immediate start with all benefits paid.

Pay will be based on hourly rate and may differ based on experience. Hourly Rates are based on experience. Knowledge and experience in commercial fabrication will impact hourly rate.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm and Fridays from 7.30am to 2pm. Opportunity for overtime and Saturday shifts will be available based on work-load.

The Successful Applicant:

- Must have fabrication experience (minimum of 2 years experience) within the Commercial and Residential Aluminium Window and Door Industry
- Proven ability of all aspects of fabrication of windows and doors, including but not limited to: cutting, assembly, glazing, etc...
- Operation of Hand and Power Tools in Aluminium and Glazing Field
- Commitment to Quality, Safety Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions
- Must be able to demonstrate an Eye for detail, present with a Positive attitude and show good Work Ethics
- Must be able to work independently and within a team based environment
- Will be proven in Reliability, Motivation and Passion for producing High Quality Work
- Must have a Drivers License and rights to work in Australia.
- Must Hold a White Card.
- There is also opportunity for additional overtime and weekend work.
- Factory is located in Mt Druitt 2770
- Glass and Glazing Qualifications are advantageous, however not compulsory
