In this opportunity, we are looking for a **MAC Counter Manager **with an expert knowledge of the MAC product range and utilise this to maximise sales and GP$ through effective management of the sales team members, reporting to our Beauty Category Manager.

- **YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- Understand the sales trends and forecasts and maintain a strong focus on the business in terms of creating opportunity, maximising sales potential and ensuring team members are delivering the best possible service to our customers.
- Coach, motivate team members to provide excellence in customer service and are focused on maximising our sales potential. Do not tolerate poor performance. Also to develop a effective succession planning for the team
- Provide clear communication and consistent, constructive feedback on a daily/weekly basis to all team members as to their sales (and pre-order) targets as well as the results. Reinforce the selling skills and customer’s service programmes to ensure effective follow through.
- Motivate and maintain the selling intensity on the floor with team members by being hands on and leading by example.
- Ensure the MAC counter is sufficiently staffed at all times to maximise our sales opportunities.
- To work with the Team on maintaining the housekeeping standards, visual merchandising and stock level as per guidelines on a daily basis.
- Ensure all customer service and follow-up service requirements including, customer complaints, refunds, credits and repairs are handled to the customer’s satisfaction in a most urgent and timely manner.
- To ensure timely and effective execution of products launches and promotions.
- To provide constructive feedback to the Buying and Marketing Teams on competitors activities (duty free and retail), customers trends and/or requests.
- Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions on product knowledge and operational procedures as required

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:

- Ensure the efficient running of the daily operations of the store, including achieving a world-class standard of customer service excellence
- To control and manage the level of business operation expenses as per set targets and business needs.
- Coaching the Team in sales techniques to maximise profits within the store
- Increasing sales and maintaining control over, margin and stock.
- Dealing with any problems on the floor effectively and efficiently.
- Timely and effective execution of product launches and promotions and the feedback as well.
- Know and understand the products across all categories identifying top and bottom lines (slow moving stocks)
- Ensure full compliance to customs regulations and store operation guideline.
- Identify and assist with the rectifying of any behavioural, disciplinary, or possible security issues in an urgent and timely manner, consulting with appropriate specialists within Lotte.
- Maintain a very high standard of store presentation, product presentation and stock management as per set guidelines on daily basis.
- Meet the required standards for dress and appearance in accordance with Lotte Duty Free Policy.
- Work as an effective and efficient team member.
- Act as a role model to all staff.
- Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures.
- Fully participate in staff meetings and training sessions

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in working with cosmetics
- Experience of managing a team and providing training and coaching as well as performance management
- Demonstrable ability to manage various competing priorities and the ability to assess and resolve complex problems
- A sense of urgency and the ability to translate this into effective organisational practices and time management
- Very high level of attention to detail
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills sufficient to influence, persuade and negotiate at all levels within and outside t
