About the Role

You will be joining a high-performing, global partnerships team with a key focus on driving new commercial growth by securing new partners across Tennis Australia’s events and participation products. You will be the domestic lead on securing new partners for our Summer of Tennis events such as United Cup, Brisbane International, Adelaide International and Hobart international. Working with the New Partnerships team, you will manage end-to-end sales processes to help drive market leading, innovative brand partnerships. You will:

- Drive revenue by securing new commercial partnerships across the TA ecosystem
- Manage a strong sales pipeline and lead complex, multi-faceted commercial deals
- Identify new category opportunities and contribute to strategic go-to-market plans
- Use insights and trends to shape compelling, brand-led partnership proposals
- Lead strategic brand conversations across digital, media, and community channels
- Report on sales activity and collaborate across teams to deliver commercial goals

About You
- Demonstrated experience and success within a new business development position, understanding of sales strategy, ability to pipeline and generate revenue
- Deep understanding of global sports and entertainment
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to extract insights and guide strategies
- Excellent research and communication abilities, capable of presenting to senior leaders and clients
- Experienced project manager and collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia and the Australian Open
