Freight Forwarding Air

We are looking for experienced and motivated Freight Forwarders wanting to join a professional company.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Carry out import work flow procedures in agreement with management directive, customer instructions, SOPs and specified requirements
- Create and sustain strong client relationships with DSV customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas.
- Support the Senior Team Lead & Manager, Freight Forwarding with day to day activities, and other reasonable tasks and projects as required.
- Capability to problem solve Import sea/air issues with a range of stakeholders including but not to limited: airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders and customers.
- Minimum 3 year's experience in Freight Forwarding
- Have great verbal and communication skills
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Lodging export custom declarations
- Strong negotiation skills when working with airlines and transport companies on rates and trying to achieve the best rate possible;
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office software, in particular Excel
