**Active Kids is seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Support Educator to join our highly motivated team at our Homebush service.**

**Qualifications**
- Working with Children Check approved.

**Appointment**

To work alongside teaching staff within the Service, assisting them in the daily running of the Service whilst always adhering to the National Regulations and the policies, goals, and philosophy of the Service.

**Duties**
- Respect and provide support and inclusion for all children, regardless of gender, or cultural background
- Communicate with the children in an open, honest manner and ensure that the child’s perspective is regarded as unique and special
- Be courteous and helpful to the families in the Service
- Ensure that all information regarding a child in your care is confidential.
- Assist Educators to implement the room’s routine and the Service’s procedures.
- Attend staff meetings when requested.
- Assist all staff in meeting the needs, supervision, health, and safety of all children.
- Work as a team, within the room and throughout the Service.
