Accounts Receivable Officer

Our RAC Motoring and Home Services team support over 1 million RAC members providing exceptional member experiences every day. We are looking for an energic and detailed focused Accounts Receivable Officer with strong communication skills and a thirst to work with an accounts team that truly love what they do.

This position is initially begin offered, on a 12 month maximum term contract. The role is based in our West Perth Office, 3 days per week, and WFH 2 days per week. In the future support our Roadside team based in our Joondalup office.

**What will you be doing?**
- Responding to customer queries and offer solutions
- Create new customers and raise Invoices for products and services
- Set up and manage ongoing billing for monitored systems
- Manage debtor's ledger
- Professional and systematical debt collection
- Monthly reporting and reconciliations
- Other administrative and adhoc duties assigned as required

**What are we looking for?**

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong accounts receivable background in a medium to large organisational environment, including:

- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to demonstrate diligence and adaptability when processing high volume work within an ever-changing environment
- The ability to work in a cohesive team environment
- Outstanding level of MS Office Suite skills and experience, particularly Excel
- Exposure to accounting software such as Oracle is advantageous
