**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Hospital Billing or Private Practice** team as a** Revenue Officer,**where you will be responsible for:

- Processing hospital billing and private practice administration tasks.
- Generating invoices and claims from Medicare, health funds, and third parties.
- Collecting cash and debtors, recording receipts, and monitoring outstanding balances.
- Following up on outstanding debtor balances and processing approved debt waivers and write-offs.
- Processing doctor and hospital disbursements and funds transfers.
- Preparing reports and reconciliations related to billing and financial transactions

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Knowledge of billing/receivables/cashiering processes.
- Successful record in identifying customer needs, developing service strategies and providing quality customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to collect and analyse information and to develop effective solutions based upon such analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy professional integrity, maintain confidentiality and sustain credibility.
