It is an exciting time to join this global medical technology company that are focussed on Optometry, Ophthalmology as well as Aesthetics. They are a well recognised brand in their areas of specialisation, they pride themselves on innovative technology, broad product offering and focus on bringing value to their customers. A newly created opportunity exists in their sales team for a Field Sales Manager to managed a small territory calling on Optometrists managing the contact lens business as well provide in filed coaching to the experienced sales team.

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing in field coaching to the territory managers
- Developing sales of your portfolio
- Analysing and establishing targeted territory business plans
- Building and maintaining relationships with your key customers
- Partnering with your customers
- Training and developing staff on use of your products
- Collaborating with your marketing and other internal stakeholders
- Proven track record in pharmacy or medical devices sales
- Strong business acumen and territory management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sound clinical aptitude
- strong values as a collaborative team player
