**Role Overview**:

We're looking for a National Resource Co-Ordinator to join our Gold Coast office and take charge of creating harmony in our operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct the ultimate scheduling orchestra, making sure our national traffic control and labour hire projects hit all the right notes.
- Dive into our energetic team, collaborating with tier 1 builders, utilities providers, and monumental infrastructure projects that shape the skyline.
- Rock the 11 am - 7 pm shift, Monday to Friday, and showcase your adaptability with rotating on-call duties.
- Be the ninja of communication, coordinating with teams, clients, and on-site superheroes to keep the tempo in sync.
- Turn data into gold by analyzing project details and performance metrics to ensure our projects maintain a rhythm of excellence.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience conducting scheduling symphonies, preferably in the traffic control or labour hire arena.

- Tech-savvy and proficient with scheduling software that makes you the true maestro of our operations.
- A communication guru, bridging the gap between our teams, clients, and projects with ease.
