**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client aims to actively grow and manage the supply of the right types of housing, at the right time, in the right areas, for people in need in the NSW community.
**About the Role**
They are currently seeking Project Support Officer to join their team in Parramatta with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Finance Business Unit, you will be required to provide high quality project administration support, specifically within the creation and maintenance of delivery project data in core project management systems. The role ensures that accurate and holistic data is maintained for all the organisations new supply projects to enable efficient and effective project management
Your duties, will include but won’t be limited to the following:
- Project data control and integrity
- Manage new supply project data
- Work with Delivery and PPO teams to ensure all new supply projects are created correctly in Onesystem
- Update project forecasts, milestone and cash flow regularly
- Generate routine project reports to ensure accuracy of regular updates
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure alignment between OneSystem project data and SAP
**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated Administration or Business Support experience
- Government experience highly advantageous
- Previous experience working within a sensitive/complex environment
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and SAP
- Willingness to undergo National Police Check
- Ability to commence the assignment and commit to the duration
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medical exemption
