As a Mobile Lender, you will contribute to making a real difference through: - Advocating and promoting Defence Bank's portfolio of products and service offerings by building relationships within the Defence Community, Defence Industry partners and the broader community. - Developing new connections and building relationships with our members to empower them through connecting them to attractive lending solutions. - Supporting the business by proactively coaching and working collaboratively with branch staff, networks and partners to leverage referral business opportunities. - Meeting strategic initiative targets and agreed performance goals and SLAs. **Skills and Experiences**: About you. To serve a unique community, we require a unique individual who is passionate about serving others and creating strong connections. Your knack for understanding our unique member's needs and provide them with solutions and support in achieving their financial goals will see you excel. To be successful for the role, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a retail sales team, ideally within financial services and a high school certificate or equivalent. **Also have demonstrated experience and skills in**: - Achieving agreed goals in line with individual and team plans. - Building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Communicating clearly and concisely. - Facilitating presentations to small and large groups. - Picking up new concepts quickly. - Time management with the ability to handle unplanned interruptions.
