Truecare Support Services is a Disability Service operating across the region of Victoria. We are on the search for exceptional people to provide support and assistance to clients We are looking for talented female Support Workers who are located in or are willing to travel to **Rowville**

We are looking for individuals with experience in in areas relating to personal care, hoist transfers, mental health, behaviours of concern, assistance with household tasks etc. _**Excellent communication and fluent English are required, as well as flexible availabilities Applicants must be punctual, and have a reliable mode of transport to and from shifts.**_

**To begin with, required shifts are as follows**:
**Thursday: 7:30AM - 9:30AM**
**Friday: 7:30AM - 9:30AM**
**Evening shifts throughout the week: 8PM - 10PM**

Hours will increase over time.

**Selection Criteria (Essential)**
- Certificate III/IV in Disability Studies or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- Experience in Mental Health and Challenging Behaviours
- COVID-19 infection control certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers’ License and reliable car
- Current insurance on private vehicle (to be used for work purposes)
- Right to work in Australia
- Current Police/NDIS Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
