We are looking for experienced Cert III and OSHC Educators or persons willing to upskill and take on a traineeship with us.

**Essential Skills**:

- Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Current driver’s license (preferred not required)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- WA Working With Children Check
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to up-skill
- Interest in leading and mentoring team members

**Your Experience**:

- Professional childcare experience (preferred, but not required)
- Experience planning and implementing educational programs in an early learning environment
- Years of experience as an early childhood educator (not specified)

**Qualifications**:

- Willing to up-skill to study a Certificate III in Children’s Services
- Certificate III in Children’s Services and willing to study for a Diploma
- Diploma in Children’s Services
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Primary Teaching Degree

**Work Options**:

- Split shift, full-time, and part-time work available
