Dispensary Technician

**What you’ll do**

An exciting new** Dispensary Technician**position is available at **Ramsay Pharmacy - Glen Huntly**.** This is **permanent part-time position** on a rotating roster which includes weekend shifts. As the Dispensary Technician, you’ll be supervised by a qualified pharmacist as you prepare medications and process prescriptions for our valued patients & customers.
- Assist the Pharmacist with the dispensing of medication
- Remain up to date with PBS legislative requirements impacting the pharmacy/dispensary
- Strive to provide specialised patient care to our valued patients and customers

**We are seeking someone with the following attributes or experience**:

- Minimum Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy.
- Excellent understanding of PBS and private prescription pricing and processing.
- Sound understanding of S2, S3 and S4 medications and associated regulations.
- Highly organized and with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to work well as part of a team.

You must be focused on customer service and able to demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and excellent communication skills.

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months.
