**About the Role**
Delighting our residents has always been Ryman's point of difference and our Resident Experience team is responsible for making this happen
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resident Experience Coordinator for our Aged Care offering. This brand new role is responsible for delivering an enhanced additional services program for our care centre residents that aligns with our Ryman pillars of Freedom, Connection & Wellbeing. Additional Services include a series of lifestyle, entertainment and clinical services that go above and beyond the minimum scope of providers under the Aged Care Act (1997).
We have a full time position available working Monday to Friday 0930 - 1730 at Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village in Ocean Grove. This position will commence ASAP.
In this role you will:
- Lead the village Resident Experience Team in our Care Centre to deliver additional services for our residents including; concierge, home comforts, dining, connection, lifestyle & wellness, social, alternative services and palliative care options
- Drive engagement in the uptake of additional services, driving sales through the admission process
- Undertake quality audits and reporting to evidence consumers are benefiting from Additional Services and are satisfied with the services they receive
- Assist with engaging service contractors to deliver resident centered, age appropriate, professional, and cost-effective activities
- Build positive relationships with residents, external providers, and community groups to ensure the successful running of the program
