**The Role**

Well look no further As an Electro Technician, working in Explosive Ordnance Maintenance Directorate (EOMD) in Guided Weapons Explosive Ordnance Delivery Division (GWEO-DD), you will be given the unique opportunity to work within a diverse team to deliver Australian Defence Force systems that are at the leading edge of Defence Capability.
You will spend your days:
- Undertaking exciting electronic technical to maintain and certify torpedoes. This end-to-end processes includes: maintenance, breakdown, repair, assembly, alignment, calibration, test, inspection and technical certification;
- Following procedures in a highly regulated environment.
**About our Team**
EOMD is an integral part of Explosive Materiel Branch (EMB), which is part of the new GWEO-DD, which is part of GWEO Group. Our team is made up of various disciplines, including engineering, project management, commercial, logistics, and corporate enabling services. We are located in Canberra, Penrith, Ipswich, RAAF Amberley and Rockingham (HMAS Stirling) and our focus is to acquire and sustain guided weapons and munitions for the Australian Defence Force.
